A requester of an appointment, not a payer, will receive 10% reward points of the final payment amount.

For example, if you are a landlord or property manager requesting an appointment for moved out tenants, the reward points will be sent to your phone number.

*For commercial cleaning, the maximum amount is limited to 100 points at a time.

After a cleaning is complete, your new balance of the premier rewards will be updated and notified via text message. To check your current balance, you can text or email us anytime.

You can let us know at any time if you would like to use your remaining balance before checking out or requesting an appointment. If you decide to save the points, they will accumulate for a future cleaning.

About Premier Rewards

   Premier Rewards Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. We are not liable for any errors or inaccuracies in the program; discrepancies should be reported promptly.
The rewards program follows all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Participation is voluntary; users must understand and comply with the program's terms and conditions. Regardless of the presence or absence of points, the service may be denied due to unforeseen circumstances.
